What Information Do We Collect From Customers?

Oxford Feed & Lumber has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and the alteration of information that we have collected. We want you to feel secure while shopping. In most Web browsers, when you place an order, you’ll see a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon. This lets you know is secured through a secure sockets layer, otherwise known as SSL. This encrypts all of our User’s information before it is sent to us when making a purchase, signing in, or editing your account settings. Pages requesting your information should always have one of these icons. If you don’t see it, please call us at 610-932-8521 and ask for the eCommerce Department to finish your transaction over the phone.

We don’t save your credit card information on our servers. If someone should get ahold of your account login information, they won’t be able to view your credit card information. Our order confirmation includes only the last four digits of your credit card number. Of course, we securely transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. Unfortunately, no system is perfect, and Oxford Feed & Lumber makes no warranties or representations in regard to the sufficiency of our security measures. We can’t be responsible for any actual or consequential damages resulting from a lapse in compliance with this Privacy Policy because of a security breach, technical malfunction, or otherwise. You should never email us your credit card number as email is not secure.


Oxford Feed & Lumber site is not directed towards children under the age of thirteen (13) and we do not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen. All products available on, even children’s products, are intended to be purchased by adults.
